To make these 5 ingredient tofu veggie skewers all you need is tofu, a bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and a clean ingredient bottled marinade.

You can change up the sauce each time so it never gets old… we’ve done teriyaki, pesto, and Italian. The veggies can also vary depending on what you have in the fridge that week… mushrooms work great too!

This meal is the perfect way to expose your kids to new flavors and veggies, and is an easy way to get them involved in the meal prep process.
