Fruit Cones

Ready for an easy patriotic treat? These warm weather treats are a great alternative to ice cream when you want something refreshing but without the sugar crash.

🍦 Filled with fresh berries and Greek yogurt, this snack is packed with protein, healthy fat, and fiber to keep your kids’ bellies satisfied for longer. It’s also a great snack activity for the kids to dip their cones in chocolate and decorate with sprinkles. A win for both mom and child!

 ½ cup strawberries, washed and chopped
 ½ cup blueberries, washed
 ½ cup Greek yogurt
 Optional: 1/4 tsp pure maple syrup or honey to sweeten your yogurt
 ½ cup white chocolate
 ¼ tsp liquid coconut oilThis helps make the chocolate smoother when melting

Melt your chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

On a flat plate, pour all three sprinkles/decorating sugar and toss together.

Dip your cone into the melted chocolate and then twirl into the plate with colored sprinkles.

Fill your cone with berries and yogurt. Top with a puffed star, and enjoy!
