A fun and family-friendly snack board made with crispy sweet potato fries, parmesan zucchini fries, and plenty of ketchup for dipping. It’s an easy way to sneak in some extra veggies and perfect for after-school snacks, movie nights, or as a kid-friendly side dish.

Preheat oven to 425F or air fryer to 400F
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin fry shapes. You can also use the wavy fry cutter we used for traditional fry shapes.
Toss with cornstarch first, then oil and seasonings.
Spread in a single layer on parchment paper or in air fryer.
Baker for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. If using an air fryer, this should take about 10-12 minutes but watch closely that they do not burn.
Cut zucchini into fry sh.apes and pay dry thoroughly
Mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt
Dip zucchini in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs mixture
Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet, or in the air fryer
Spray lightly with oil
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and golden. If using an air fryer, it should take about 10-14 minutes. Enjoy!
