Who knew a toothpick could create Halloween magic? This ghost chocolate bark is the easiest spooky-season treat you'll make all year. No molds, no fancy tools: just spread the chocolate, dot on some white chocolate, and drag each dollop with a toothpick to give your ghosts their little wispy tails. Add mini chocolate chip eyes and a sprinkle of dye-free sprinkles, freeze, and cut. My kids love helping make the ghosts (and they love eating them even more).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the milk chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil and stir until smooth. You can do this on the stovetop in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second bursts.
Pour the melted milk chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it into an even layer.
Melt the white chocolate chips with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and stir until smooth.
While the milk chocolate is still soft, spoon small dollops of white chocolate across the bark, spacing them out.
Place a toothpick in the center of each white chocolate dollop and drag it down and to the side to create the ghost's wispy tail.
Press two or three Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips into each ghost for the eyes and mouth, then scatter the sprinkles over the top.
Freeze for about 1 hour, until completely firm. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife, and enjoy!
