Chocolate Cookie Frogs

Bet ya didn’t know you’d ever want to eat a 🐸. These Passover inspired chocolate frogs are such a cute snack activity to make with your fam!

 Sandwich cookies (you can find kosher for Passover in any kosher supermarket)
 ½ cup white chocolate, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
 2 drops plant-based green food color
 Mini vegan marshmallows
 ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
 Pretzel twists (you can find kosher for Passover in any kosher supermarket)
 Dye-free green sequin sprinkles

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay your pretzels down horizontally with the tops facing each other. Dip them in your green chocolate and place down.

Take a sandwich cookie and dip it in green chocolate. Place on top of the pretzels.

Add 2 marshmallows for eyes. Take a toothpick and dip it into the semi-sweet chocolate. Make eyes on the marshmallows and a smile. Decorate the cookie with green sequin sprinkles to make it look speckled. Place in the fridge/freezer for 15 minutes to set. Enjoy!
