Shamrock Chocolate Bark

Let’s make Shamrock Chocolate Bark in honor of St. Paddy’s Day! 🍀 All you need is white chocolate with some coconut oil so it spreads smoothly, pretzel twists (we used cauliflower pretzels), and dye-free green sprinkles on top. "Wherever you go, whatever you do, may the luck of the Irish be there with you!"

12 oz white chocolate baking chips
 1 tsp coconut oil
 Pretzel twists
1

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave).

3

Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread around so it lays flat and even. Arrange your pretzels in a shamrock shape, and break little pieces off for the bottom stem of the clover leaf.

4

Decorate with dye-free sprinkles and put in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to harden. Once the chocolate has solidified, break it apart, and enjoy!
