Chocolate Yogurt Clusters

These no-bake frozen yogurt treats are about to become your new favorite snack! Made with wholesome yogurt, fresh fruit, and pure maple syrup or honey, these frozen yogurt treats are then dipped in sweet white chocolate, making it the perfect red, white, and blue dessert this Fourth of July!

Ingredients
 1 cup Greek yogurtCan use coconut milk yogurt if dairy-free
 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
 ½ cup blueberries
 ½ cup strawberries, washed and diced
 ½ cup white chocolate chips
 ½ tsp coconut oil

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, berries, and pure maple syrup. Mix well.

Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper. You can slide a popsicle stick into the mixture. Freeze for 1 hour.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

Spoon the chocolate onto the yogurt clusters. It will harden immediately so if you plan on adding topping, do it quickly. Store whatever you're not eating in the freezer. Enjoy!
