Berry ‘N’ Yogurt Popsicles

THREE INGREDIENT π΅π‘’π“‡π“‡π“Ž β€˜π’©β€™ π’΄π‘œπ‘”π“Šπ“‡π“‰ 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐒𝐜π₯𝐞𝐬 πŸ“. These RED, WHITE, and BLUEberry creamsicles are a great snacktivity to make with the kids, and also a healthy treat for Memorial Day/Fourth of July!

πŸ“ These can be made dairy free (depending on the yogurt used)… perfect for those warm summer days!

Products We Used
 Popsicle Molds
Ingredients
 2 cups yogurt (if non-dairy, we use coconut yogurt... if dairy, we use Greek yogurt)
 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (plus more if you like it sweeter)
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 Handful of blueberries
 Handful of raspberries
 Handful of sliced strawberries

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Taste before adding berries. If you prefer sweeter, add more maple syrup.

Mix berries into the yogurt mixture. Spoon into your popsicle molds and bang them down so the yogurt fills every crevice. Snap on your popsicle stick.

Freeze for 8 hours or until hardened. Enjoy!
