Products We Used
 Popsicle Molds
Ingredients
2 cups yogurt (if non-dairy, we use coconut yogurt... if dairy, we use Greek yogurt)
1 tbsp pure maple syrup (plus more if you like it sweeter)
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 Handful of blueberries
 Handful of raspberries
 Handful of sliced strawberries
1

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Taste before adding berries. If you prefer sweeter, add more maple syrup.

2

Mix berries into the yogurt mixture. Spoon into your popsicle molds and bang them down so the yogurt fills every crevice. Snap on your popsicle stick.

3

Freeze for 8 hours or until hardened. Enjoy!
