Bookmark this page down for an easy Halloween snack that’s always a crowd-pleaser! We’ve leveled up these chocolate strawberries with a spooky twist.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry your strawberries. Stick a cake pop stick in the top (or use your fingers) and dip the strawberry in your melted white chocolate. Set on the parchment paper.
Using a spoon, spread some white chocolate under and around the strawberry to resemble a wavy ghost. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Using a toothpick dipped in your melted semi-sweet chocolate, add eyes and a mouth to your strawberries. I like to then add another layer once it's hardened a bit to outline the mouth and add a dot in the eyes for the pupil.
Take your leftover white chocolate and add in red/pink plant-based food color. Using another toothpick, add a little pink to the strawberry ghosts' cheeks. Eat right away or freeze for another 10 minutes to set. Enjoy!
