Rainbow Fruit Popsicles

Products We Used
 Popsicle Molds
Ingredients
 2 1/2 cups yogurt, divided into 5 (1/2 cups) (if non-dairy, we use coconut yogurt... if dairy, we use Greek yogurt)
 ¼ cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
 2 clementines, peeled with stringy parts discarded
 ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
 2 kiwis, peeled (instead of kiwis, can also do 1/4 cup honeydew)
 ¼ cup blueberry and blackberry mix

In a blender, combine 1/2 cup yogurt with your strawberries (or raspberries). Pour into popsicle moldings to form a small layer, about 1/5 of the popsicle mold. Put in freezer while you prepare next layer.

In a blender, combine 1/2 cup yogurt with your 2 clementines. Pour into popsicle moldings to form a small layer, about 1/5 of the popsicle mold. Put in freezer while you prepare next layer.

In a blender, combine 1/2 cup yogurt with your frozen pineapple chunks. Pour into popsicle moldings to form a small layer, about 1/5 of the popsicle mold. Put in freezer while you prepare next layer.

In a blender, combine 1/2 cup yogurt with your kiwi (or honeydew). Pour into popsicle moldings to form a small layer, about 1/5 of the popsicle mold. Put in freezer while you prepare next layer.

In a blender, combine 1/2 cup yogurt with your blueberries and blackberries (acai works too). Pour into popsicle moldings to form a small layer, about 1/5 of the popsicle mold. Put popsicle sticks in each mold.

Freeze overnight and enjoy!
