Peanut Butter CRUNCH Popsicles

These popsicles are a MUST MAKE treat (or even breakfast) before summer ends! These gems taste like indulgent creamy peanut butter ice cream with little yummy oatmeal chunks but contain healthy, clean ingredients without any of the refined sugars!

Products We Used

Ingredients
 2 cups yogurt (if non-dairy, we use coconut yogurt... if dairy, we use Greek yogurt)
 ¼ cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
 3 tbsp pure maple syrup (can add if prefer sweeter)
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 Optional: chop a banana and put little pieces into the batter, or mash them completely for a peanut butter banana flavor

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, saving extra granola on the side. Taste the batter to make sure it's the exact sweetness you prefer.

Add some granola to the bottom of each popsicle mold. Then pour the yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold until filled to the top. Put the stick in, and freeze for 4+ hours.

Once ready to eat, drizzle peanut butter on top of the popsicles. Enjoy!
