Preheat oven to 350F.
In a food processor, blend together the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Add in the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and mix with a big spoon.
Grease a silicone 8x8 baking dish and pour batter in, sprinkling extra sea salt and chips if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
