Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Line 3 almond flour tortillas on top of each other and using cookie cutters, press down on all 3 tortillas to cut out shapes. Repeat until all the tortillas are used, and line the parchment paper with your cut-outs.
Spray your tortilla shapes with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy, and enjoy!
