Chocolate Bat Pops

With just 𝓉𝒽𝓇𝑒𝑒 ingredients, this spooky Halloween treat is easy to make and oh so delicious. We used vegan + gluten-free nut-butter stuffed sandwich cookies, and added mini white chocolate chips to our dye-free chocolate gem eyes for extra spooky night vision.

 Chocolate chips
 Mini white chocolate chips

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Line up your sandwich cookies and cake pops sticks underneath so you can work quickly. In addition, take extra sandwich cookies for your bat wings and twist them open. Take out the filling and break in half for each ear. Line them up with the cookies.

In a small saucepan melt your chocolate on low flame. You can add a bit of coconut oil to make it more creamy.

Dip your sandwich cookies in the chocolate and place the cake pop stick in the bottom of them. Lay on the bat ears.

Repeat and freeze for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
