Spider Cookies

It’s officially spooky season over here (hello October!!) and we’re kicking it off with these no-bake 5-ingredient Halloween cookies. They’re shockingly simple to make and I promise, you don't have to be in your Pinterest era to make them.

Utensils Used
Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chipsMelt with ½ tsp coconut oil
½ cup white chocolate chipsMelt with ¼ tsp coconut oil
1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Place one sandwich cookie on the parchment paper. Stick a cake pop stick into the bottom. Twist another sandwich cookie open and set aside one half. Take the other half and spread melted semi-sweet chocolate on half of the back. Press down onto the full sandwich cookie to make the spider's body.

3

Take 4 pretzel sticks and break in half. Push each one through the sandwich cookies into the peanut butter to make 3 legs on each side and 2 in front. Freeze for 10 minutes.

4

Dip the entire spider into melted semi-sweet chocolate and rest on the parchment paper. Add a gummy bat to the front spider hands. Freeze for another few minutes so the chocolate hardens. Using white chocolate and a toothpick, create eyes for your spider, your bat, and a mouth for your spider. Add semi-sweet chocolate on top to create pupils for your spider. Enjoy!
