Seashore Chocolate Bark

While in Hawaii, we snorkeled with sea turtles and saw magnificent fish of every color in the rainbow, and we knew we had to recreate that image with a fun snack activity! Made with white chocolate, plant-based food color, and some crushed graham crackers, we brought some aloha back with us to NY!

1 (12 oz) bag mini white chocolate chips plus another 6oz white chocolate for chocolate ocean molds
1 tsp coconut oil plus 1/2 tsp coconut oil for chocolate molds
  tsp turmeric
Ocean Creatures/Shells Molds
1

Melt your 6oz white chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave). Once melted, separate chocolate into 4 mini bowls. Add blue color to one, green to another, pink/red to another, and turmeric (for yellow) to the last. Mix well. Pour into chocolate molds and have fun playing with/mixing different colors for your seashells and fish. Freeze for 1+ hour.

Decorate with previously molded ocean creatures and shells.
