Salmon with a Lemon-Dill Sauce

 1 lb organic salmon
 ¼ cup non-dairy buttery spread, melted
 4 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp dill
 2 cloves garlic
 Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking dish with foil. Lightly grease the foil.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place salmon in the baking dish and pour marinade over the fish.

Cover the salmon with the tin foil so that the juices soak into the fish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through the center.
