Sweet, crunchy, and addicting, this homemade granola takes just a few minutes to prep and blows store-bought granola OUT OF THE WATER!! Cleaner ingredients, naturally sweetened with no refined sugars, and tastes like a cookie!!
Great for snacking on its own and also when mixed in with yogurt or oatmeal.

⏰ Great for meal-prep
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup liquid coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar/date sugar
1 tbsp quinoa flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp salt
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: mini chocolate chips
1Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the raisins and chia seeds (and chocolate chips, if adding). Mix well.
3Transfer mixture to the parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
4Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the raisins and chia seeds on top. (Can add in optional chocolate chips now if you want them melted onto the clusters or add them once cooled.) Let cool for 15 minutes so the granola hardens into clusters. Break apart into granola bits or small clusters, and enjoy!
