Garlic-Butter Chilean Sea Bass

Seasoned with basic pantry spices, this barbecued white fish holds such wonderful flavor and aroma and cooks to perfection in LESS THAN 20 MINUTES!! Such a crowd pleaser for entertaining, or even for a small family weeknight dinner.

Sea Bass Rub
 1 ¼ lbs Chilean sea bass
 ½ tbsp lemon juice
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp paprika
 Salt and pepper
Garlic-Butter Sauce
 3 tbsp butter/non-dairy buttery spread, melted
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
 ½ tsp lemon juice

In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sea bass rub and massage the mixture into the sea bass (or do this in a resealable bag so your fingers don't get all messy)

In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the butter sauce and set aside.

Preheat barbecue on medium heat for 5 minutes. Brush a fish basket with avocado oil or even use aluminum foil. Grill fish for around 6-7 minutes and flip. Drizzle the fish with butter sauce and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
