Non-dairy buttery spread
Avocado, sliced
2 slices Dave's Killer bread
Sprinkle of brown coconut sugar
Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Spread non-dairy buttery spread on both sides of bread.

Cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread and put aside.

Heat a skillet with non-dairy buttery spread or avocado oil. Place bread on skillet and crack and egg into each hole.

Let the eggs cook until sunny side-up.

Place toast on plate and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.

Sprinkle coconut sugar on the bread rounds that were cut out previously and put onto skillet. Once browned, flip and wait until other side is golden.

Serve alongside slices of avocado.
