Easter Apple Pops

Spring is here and we’re celebrating with this Easter-inspired snack activity! With just an apple, mixed fruits, chocolate, and our newest favorite obsession air-puffed corn rings, our kids were able to pour their creativity into these apple pops to make a bunny, chick, carrot, and Easter egg.

Utensils Used
Ingredients
1 red apple, sliced into 4 slices
White chocolate, meltedCan add coconut oil to make it melt more smoothly
Mandarin orange, peeled and broken into segments
 Blueberries
 Strawberry
 Raspberries
 Green grapes
 Cauliflower pretzel sticks
1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take an apple slice and using a spoon, cover in white chocolate. Use the fruit, pretzels, and air-puffed corn rings to make the Easter-themed shapes. If layering, make sure to use the melted white chocolate as your
"glue" to ensure everything sticks together. For the chick, instead of covering completely in chocolate, we used a piping pen to make the illusion of a cracked egg.

2

Pop in the freezer for 15 min, and enjoy!
