Chocolate Chip+Peanut Butter+Banana Muffins

With a soft pull apart texture on the inside and the sweet flavors of gooey chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and sweet banana, these muffins will have you begging for more. Trust me, you need to try this recipe.

Dry Ingredients
 2 ½ cups rolled oats
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
 1 cup milk/almond milk
  cup mashed bananas (can even use baby food purees!)Or 1 large banana
 ½ cup peanut butter
 2 egg
 6 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with silicone muffin liners.

In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients: oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together your wet ingredients: milk, mashed banana, peanut butter, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Pour wet ingredients into dry oat mixture. Add in chocolate chips. Mix until just incorporated together (overmixing leads to a drier muffin).

Pour batter into silicone muffin liners.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
