Chocolate Chip+Peanut Butter+Banana Muffins

 2 ½ cups rolled oats
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp baking powder
 1-2 tbsp ground flaxseed, optional
 1 tbsp hemp hearts, optional
 1 banana, mashed
 ½ cup peanut butter
 1 egg
 6 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 cup milk/almond milk
 ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with silicone muffin liners.


In a large bowl, mix together oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder (as well as flaxseed and hemp hearts if using).


In a medium sized bowl, mix together mashed banana, peanut butter, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.


Pour wet ingredients into dry oat mixture. Add in almond milk and chocolate chips. Mix well.


Pour batter into silicone muffin liners.


Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
