Breakfast Tortilla Hack

Ready for an easy back-to-school breakfast hack?? While mornings can be hectic with getting the kids out the door, breakfast doesn’t have to be!

🌮 Packed with protein-rich peanut butter, zinc-loaded berries, antioxidant fueled chia seeds, fiber dense hemp seeds, and sweet granola for extra flavor + crunch, it’s a complete breakfast that’s easy to make and super kid-friendly.

 1 whole wheat tortillaFor gluten-free, we use almond flour tortilas
 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, divided
 5 raspberries, mashed
 1 tsp chia seeds
 5 blackberries, chopped
 1 tsp hemp hearts
 1-2 tbsp granola
How To Fold A Tortilla Using The Viral Tortilla Hack

Place your tortilla flat on a plate. At the bottom center of the tortilla, cut a slit upwards towards the middle of the tortilla and stop.

We'll use 4 sections (bottom right, top right, top left, bottom left) for our fillings. For the bottom right, spread 1 tbsp peanut butter. On the top right, mash your raspberries and sprinkle chia seeds on them. On the top left, place your chopped up blackberries, and sprinkle hemp hearts on them. On the bottom left, spread 1 tbsp peanut butter and sprinkle on your granola.

Begin folding your tortilla by taking the bottom right section and folding it upward. Then fold it left, and then down.

Heat a non-stick skillet and spray with avocado oil. Heat your tortilla on one side until golden, and then flip and heat the other side. Once both sides are golden, take off the flame and enjoy!
