Berry Yogurt Smoothie

 ¼ cup frozen strawberries
 ¼ cup frozen raspberries
 Handful of frozen blueberries
 Handful of frozen spinach
 Handful of frozen kale
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 cup organic orange juice
 1 (5.3 oz) cup vanilla bean coconut milk yogurt (we use Co Yo Natural Coconut Yogurt Alternative from Whole Foods)
 Filtered water (as needed to get to the right consistency)

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
