I love my sneaky fruits & veggies, so adding avocado to chocolate pudding is a no-brainer for me! The fun part is that the avocado takes on the flavors it’s mixed with (cacao powder + pure maple syrup), so the kids will never know it’s there! 😏

1 ripe avocado (not mushy... if it's too ripe it will have an overpowering avocado taste that we do not want)
4 tbsp pure maple syrupCan sub with date syrup if you want it sweetened only with fruit
4 tbsp oat milk (or any milk of choice)

Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chip garnish) to a food processor and blend until smooth.
