All you need are four simple ingredients to make this cool, refreshing summer drink. Citrusy, tangy, and sweet!

2 cups roughly chopped seedless watermelon chunks
2 small limes, juiced
3 fresh mint leaves
Handful of ice cubes

Put watermelon chunks, lime juice, and mint in a blender, and process until smooth. Add in ice cubes afterwards and process again (adding the ice after gives a slush consistency rather than juice).

Taste and adjust measurements to your liking. To make it sweeter, add more watermelon. To make it more tart, add extra lime juice. For a more refreshing flavor, add more mint. To make it more slush-like, add more ice.

Enjoy right away otherwise the slush will melt and it will become watery.
