Don't sweat it! UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) ratings tell you everything you need to know about its potency and health benefits. The higher the UMF rating, the more potent the antibacterial and wellness properties. 🌟

 1 ½ cups morning o's cereal
 1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup natural peanut butterCan use 1 1/2 cups if the batter isn't sticky enough
 ½ cup manuka honey
 ½ cup raisins
 ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
 ¼ cup sunflower seeds
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dried strawberries or other mix-ins like mini chocolate chips, optional
1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. A sticky batter should form. If it's not sticky and too crumbly, add more peanut butter.

3

Take 1-2 tbsp batter and roll into balls. Place on the parchment paper and repeat.

4

Eat as is, or store in the freezer for a more solid texture and let it sit out for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
