Wrap your taste buds around these ‘Mummylicious’ chocolate-covered strawberries with vegan marshmallows! 👻🍫🍓 No tricks, just treats - perfect for your little monsters!
🍓 When we saw @beautyanddasweetz make a white chocolate rendition of these, we knew we had to give it a try!
Utensils Used
Ingredients
4 strawberries, rinsed, patted dry, and step cut off
8 mini vegan marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet/milk chocolate chipsMelt with ½ tsp coconut oil
1 cup white chocolate chipsMelt with ½ tsp coconut oil
1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 2 strawberries on top of each other with their stem sides touching. Stick a cake pop stick through them from the bottom so they're held together.
2Dip 4 mini marshmallows into white chocolate. Place them on the strawberry for arms and legs and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
3Dunk your entire pop into white chocolate so it's all coated evenly. You can also spoon the chocolate on top.
4Using your piping pen (or a toothpick), make 2 milk chocolate eyes.
5Clean out your piping pen and fill with white chocolate. Create mummy wrap lines all over your mummy avoiding the eyes. Repeat the same process but make another mummy with a milk chocolate body and white chocolate eyes. Enjoy!
