3 cups fresh strawberries, leaves cut off
2-3 large sprigs fresh mint leaves, without stems (can add more mint depending on preference)
¾ cup filtered water
¾ cup crushed ice
Optional: for added sweetness, can add 3 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup

In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients together. Enjoy right away to prevent separation.
