Salmon
2 lbs organic salmon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
Avocado salsa
2 avocados, cubed
½ small red onion, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Sea salt, to taste

In a small bowl, mix the salt, coriander, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper together. Brush olive oil on the salmon and rub spice mixture to coat the fish.

Preheat barbecue on medium heat for 5 minutes. Place the salmon, skin-side-up, on the grill and cover. Cook for 9 minutes and flip for another 9 or until you've reached the desired doneness.

In a separate bowl, combine all salsa ingredients and toss to coat evenly with the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and salt.

Serve the salmon topped the the avocado salsa.
