Pumpkin Pie Float

While my kids don’t actually enjoy pumpkin pie, they do love the flavors of this cinnamon infused pumpkin citrus float. The beauty about this drink is it can be made cold in smoothie form or warmed on the stove for a cozy drink to cuddle with under blankets.

Smoothie Ingredients
 2 cups orange juice
 ½ cup pumpkin puree
 1 banana
 1 tbsp granola butter or almond butter
 1 tbsp honey Can sub in pure maple syrup if vegan
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp cinnamon

 1 pear, sliced for the bodyYou can layer your pear slices on top of each other to make it look like it's floating
 Apples slices for feathers and face
 Blueberry eyes

In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and assemble your fruit turkey. Gobble gobble!
