Peanut Butter Quinoa Energy Bites

 1 cup cooked quinoa
 1 cup sprouted oats
 ½ cup natural peanut butter
  cup raisins
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp flax seed
 1 tbsp hemp hearts
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.

Shape into round balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 2-3 hours and enjoy straight out of the freezer, allowing it to thaw for a few minutes to soften.

    1. Hi! The oats shouldn’t be cooked at all… we use sprouted rolled oats from One Degree Organics (we buy a huge bag from Costco). The only item that should be cooked beforehand is the quinoa! 😊

    1. Hi! We usually eat these pretty fast but the longest we’ve kept them in the freezer was about a month and they were still great! Hope that helps!
