
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup sprouted oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
⅓ cup raisins
¼ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp hemp hearts

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.

Shape into round balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 2-3 hours and enjoy straight out of the freezer, allowing it to thaw for a few minutes to soften.

hi, are you supposed to cook the oats before?
Hi! The oats shouldn’t be cooked at all… we use sprouted rolled oats from One Degree Organics (we buy a huge bag from Costco). The only item that should be cooked beforehand is the quinoa! 😊

Hi how long will these last in the freezer?
Hi! We usually eat these pretty fast but the longest we’ve kept them in the freezer was about a month and they were still great! Hope that helps!
