
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease an 8x8 silicone baking dish with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, combine the sprouted oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, flaxseed, salt, and peanut butter. Mix (easier with your hands) until evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Add in eggs and mix well. Add in creamer, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry oats and mix well.
Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 35 min. Let cool and decorate with banana coins and extra peanut butter drizzle. Enjoy!
