
2 lbs organic salmon
Avocado oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder- to taste
½ cup whole wheat/regular panko
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with avocado oil.

Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

In a small bowl, combine panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, honey, and minced garlic cloves. Mix well until evenly combined.

With a spoon, evenly distribute panko mixture over the salmon, pressing down to create a crust.

Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
