The crust is panko, Parmesan, melted butter, mayo, honey and garlic mixed into a paste and pressed onto the fish. The mayo sounds wrong and it’s the reason the whole thing stays put instead of sliding off in the oven.
Season the salmon underneath before the crust goes on. Once it’s covered, nothing you sprinkle on top ever reaches the fish.
Thirty to thirty-five minutes at 375, uncovered. Covering it steams the crust soft, which defeats the point of making a crust.

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with avocado oil.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a small bowl, combine panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, honey, and minced garlic cloves. Mix well until evenly combined.
With a spoon, evenly distribute panko mixture over the salmon, pressing down to create a crust.
Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
