Maple Banana Oat Pancakes

 2 cups rolled oats
 1 banana
 2 eggs
 6 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tbsp almond milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, optional
 1 tbsp hemp hearts, optional
 2 tsp baking powder
 Avocado oil

In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients.

Let batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.

Grease a non-stick pan with oil. Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter into the pan, and flip over once bubbles have formed and bottom is golden. Repeat until all pancakes are made. Enjoy!
