New Year’s Eve Ball Pops

Who needs Times Square when you can make your own edible NYE ball drops at home!

A fun variation on the classic cake pop, these treats are made from energy balls drizzled with chocolate and dye-free sprinkles.

 2 cups sprouted rolled oats
 ½ cup pure maple syrup
 ½ cup natural peanut butter
 ½ cup raisins
 ½ cup mini chocolate chips
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
 ¼ tsp salt

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.

Store batter in fridge for 30 minutes to make rolling easier.

Roll into balls around a coffee stirrer. Drizzle with chocolate. Decorate with sprinkles. Put in fridge or freezer for 30 min, and enjoy!
