In a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice and process for a little over 1 minute.
Add the olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt to the food processor. Pule for another 30 seconds.
Add in chickpeas. Process for a few minutes until well combined. Scrape down the sides and process again.
Serve drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of sumac or paprika. Enjoy!
