Fruit + chocolate on a pop stick > fruit eaten any other way. These flower apple pops will change the way you look at apples forever 😌. Welcome the start of spring with this healthier treat!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take an apple slice and make a tiny slit with a paring knife on the bottom center of your apple. Insert popsicle stick.
Spread melted white chocolate on top of both apple slices.
Decorate with assorted fruits to create flowers.
Pop in the freezer for 15 min until the chocolate sets, and enjoy!
