A cleaned up version of a classic, we used fruits for natural coloring rather than the artificial food dyes you'd get from the ice cream man. Naturally sweetened by strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pure maple syrup, this is a treat I feel good about giving my children this summer!

Red Layer
¼ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup coconut milk
White Layer
¼ cup Greek yogurtCan sub with coconut milk yogurt if vegan
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Blue Layer
½ cup frozen wild blueberries
½ lemon, squeezed

In a blender, mix together your red layer and pour into the popsicle mold. Freeze for 10 min.

Mix together your white layer and add on top of the red layer. Freeze for 10 min.

Blend together your blue layer and add on top of the white layer. Insert the popsicle stick and freeze. Enjoy!
