In a shallow container, create your batter by combining cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.

In a large skillet, melt butter/ghee/coconut oil over medium heat.

Dip bread in egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown and slip to cook other side.

Serve with sliced bananas drizzled with almond butter and maple syrup, then sprinkled with hemp hearts and pecans. Enjoy!
