Cinnamon+Banana+Almond Butter+French Toast

 1 tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
 2 tbsp coconut sugar
 3 tbsp butter/ghee/coconut oil
 3 eggs
 ¼ cup milk/almond milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 8 slices whole wheat bread
 Sliced bananas, for serving
 Almond butter or peanut butter, drizzled, for serving
 Pecans, for serving
 Hemp hearts, for serving
 Maple syrup, for serving

In a shallow container, create your batter by combining cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.

In a large skillet, melt butter/ghee/coconut oil over medium heat.

Dip bread in egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown and slip to cook other side.

Serve with sliced bananas drizzled with almond butter and maple syrup, then sprinkled with hemp hearts and pecans. Enjoy!
