I find smoothies are the easiest way to get my kids to eat their fruits & veggies, so we drink smoothies all year round! We made this Halloween-themed snack with all natural colors (thanks to pineapple, mango, and even pumpkin for some HIDDEN VEGGIES!)

Yellow Layer
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
¼ cup yogurt (we used Greek)
½ cup milk
¼ tsp turmeric
Orange Layer
½ cup frozen mango chunks
¼ cup pumpkin purée
½ cup orange juice
White Layer
½ cup yogurt
2 tbsp honey (or pure maple syrup if vegan)

In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients for the yellow layer. Pour into a glass and put in freezer while preparing next step.

Rinse out blender cup. Combine all ingredients for the orange layer. Pour over the yellow layer and freeze again.

Rinse out blender cup. Combine yogurt and honey together. Top the orange layer with this yogurt mixture. Enjoy!
