
1 lb orecchiette (or any desired pasta)
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup torn basil
Dressing
2 avocados
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside in a large serving bowl/Pyrex dish.

Add the garlic, tomatoes, and basil to the serving bowl and toss to combine.

In a food processor, blend together the dressing ingredients.

Pour dressing on pasta salad and mix til evenly coated. If needed, sprinkle more sea salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley to taste. Enjoy!
