🥧 This smoothie comes together in minutes, contains nutritious apples and bananas, whole grain oats, and is naturally sweetened by dates!
1 apple, cored with skin on
1 frozen banana
4 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 10 min to soften
1 cup almond milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice A combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
½ cup ice
1 tbsp chia seeds, optional for extra superfood boost

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie bowl, add more ice. Garnish with additional apple slices, granola, pecans, and extra spice!
