1 watermelon, turned on its side and cut into wheels
Blueberries
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ tsp coconut oil

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a star cookie cutter, cut out watermelon stars and set aside.

Poke a skewer through each watermelon star til it hit the middle. Add blueberries to the bottom of the skewer.

Melt your white chocolate and coconut oil together and mix until smooth. Drizzle over your watermelon sparklers, and enjoy!
