Bentgo Fresh lunchbox
Protein waffles
Dye-free sprinkles
Mini cookie cutters for the fruit
"Dessert For Lunch" Lunchbox Details
For their main meal, Liv & Sawyer had protein packed waffles (each one has 5.5g protein) by @birchbenders that I cut into cone shapes. The toppings were bananas (which are often topped with hemp seeds for some extra healthy fats), dye-free sprinkles from @gosupernatural, and a blueberry on top. For dipping, they had Greek yogurt (can also be subbed with nut butter).
As a side dish, I packed them watermelon flowers and blueberries. I always find that cookie cutters are the easiest and best way to get my kids interested in eating pretty much anything. Shapes, letters, animals... any design makes food fun! 🍉
For their dessert, Liv & Sawyer had some Cheddar Cheese Protein Puffs.
