Pumpkin Spice Dip

Ready for a simple protein-rich dip perfect for after-school snack or even holiday parties? With a base of Greek yogurt and a not-so-hidden nutritious fruit (pumpkin!), this dip is sweetened by pure maple syrup and has all the warm flavors of autumn.

 1 (5.3oz) Greek yogurt
 2 tbsp pureed pumpkin
 2 tsp pure maple syrup
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice Can sub with just cinnamon if you prefer a lighter spice
