
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped very fine
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup parsley, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
½ tsp allspice
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.

Shape meat mixture into cylinders.

Heat a large skillet on medium-low heat.

Add avocado oil and place meat down gently to keep the shape.

Watching the meat carefully, brown each of the 4 sides until cooked on both the outside and throughout the middle.

Enjoy with pita, quinoa, hummus, or by itself.
